Directions from Orleans Street Garage to Zayed 2117:

  • Park on or take the elevator to the 4th floor, Bridge to Sheikh Zayed Tower where the skybridge to the Hospital is located
  • Cross the Skybridge over Orleans Street towards the Main Loop
  • Enter The Johns Hopkins Hospital
  • Non-Hopkins Affiliates are asked to stop at the Information Desk upon entering the Hospital to let the attendant know you’re here for the Levi Symposium in Zayed 2117.  The attendant will issue guests with a wristband.
  • From the Information Desk, turn right to Zayed
  • Proceed to the Arcade to the Chevy Chase Conference Center on the right
  • The event is located Zayed, CCCC, Arcade 2117

Following the panel discussion and reception, a private dinner will be held at Gunther & Co. in Brewer’s Hill.

Tuesday, Feb. 5 Professional Working Group, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (By Invitation Only)

This private working group will be held on Tuesday, February 5th at The Berman Institute of Bioethics in Deering Hall in the Lower Level Conference Room from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Directions from Ashland Street Garage to Deering Hall:

The Ashland Garage is located on the corner of N. Washington Street and Ashland Ave.  Deering Hall, a small red brick building, is located 2 blocks from the Ashland Garage, directly across from Starbucks.  The entrance is located on the right side of the building.  Upon arrival, please notify the person at the front desk you’re here for the Levi Symposium and they will direct you to the Lower Level Conference Room (LLCR).

The Residence Inn by Marriott Baltimore at The Johns Hopkins Medical Campus is a short walk to the Johns Hopkins Hospital and Deering Hall where each day of the symposium will be held, respectively.

 

Directions from The Residence Inn to Zayed 2117 (February 4th Panel Discussion):

  • Exit the hotel through the main entrance on Wolfe Street and head south (turn right)
  • Enter The Johns Hopkins Hospital through the Wolfe Street entrance on your right
  • Non-Hopkins Affiliates are asked to stop at the Information Desk upon entering the Hospital to let the attendant know you’re here for the Levi Symposium in Zayed 2117.  The attendant will issue guests with a wristband.
  • From the Information Desk, turn left and walk straight past the ATMs, gift shop, and coffee vendor
  • Continue walking until you reach a set of glass doors
  • Proceed to the Arcade to the Chevy Chase Conference Center on the right
  • The event is located Zayed, CCCC, Arcade 2117

 

Directions from The Residence Inn to Deering Hall, 1809 Ashland Avenue (February 5th Working Group):

  • Exit the hotel through the main entrance on Wolfe Street and head north (turn left)
  • Make the next left onto Ashland Avenue
  • Deering Hall is a small brick building on your left, just past the storefronts that are connected to the hotel
  • Enter through the main entrance of Deering Hall (on the side of the building)
  • You will need to be let in by a Berman Institute staff member; please ring the doorbell.
  • The event is located in the Lower Level Conference Room
