Feeding the World Well (edited by Alan M. Goldberg) was published by the Johns Hopkins University Press on October 27, 2020. The volume is based on the proceedings of the Choose Food Symposium. It includes the Moral Maps and Core Ethical Commitments written by the Choose Food project team, as well as chapters written by symposium presenters. Conceived as a textbook for food studies courses, Feeding the World Well will appeal to anyone who is strongly interested in food, including conscious consumers, food industry leaders, researchers, and policy makers.
