Seraphim Telep, a California native, received a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Biological Sciences from the University of California – Irvine. During his undergraduate years, he also pursued his passion for debate and interest in the legal field as a member of the UCI Mock Trial team. Currently, Seraphim is a medical student at the UC Irvine School of Medicine. He is particularly interested in the confluence of clinical and medical ethics with technological evolution, law, and policy development. He is looking forward to further exploring and developing these interests during his time at Johns Hopkins. When not engaged in academic pursuits, he is an avid fan of the outdoors, hockey, and fine cuisine with good friends. Few things are better than hiking, skiing, fishing, scuba diving, or enjoying the rejuvenating smell of Sierra Nevada pines.
