Sebastian graduated with a BA in Anthropology from UC Davis and a MS in Educational Studies with a certificate in Leadership in Technology Integration from Johns Hopkins University. He has worked in the technology sector and in Baltimore City Public Schools. He is interested in the role of technology in education and learning new applications for emerging tools.
