Rosie Laine (she/her) is a PhD student in Bioethics and Health Policy in the Department of Health Policy and Management. Prior to Hopkins, Rosie received her MPH from the University of Minnesota in Maternal & Child Health with a sexual health minor, and her BA from Macalester College in History with minors in Philosophy and Community & Global Health. Her research is focused on sexual and reproductive health and justice, especially as these issues relate to systems of criminalization and incarceration. She has experience working in patient advocacy, public health research, and community organizing.
