Nana Nimako

MBE Student

Nana Nimako graduated in 2016 from Washington University in St. Louis with a BA in Anthropology: Global Health and Environment and a minor in writing. During her time in St. Louis, Nana became interested in racial equity and community-level organizing. Since graduating, she has worked as an interviewer, research assistant, and research coordinator on teen pregnancy prevention, substance use, and tobacco prevention and control projects in Philadelphia. Her academic interests include sexual health education, reproductive justice, and program design. Outside of academics, Nana enjoys baking, hairstyling, and designing props for community theater.
