Jeanique Campo-Virgil is a first-year student studying bioethics. She recently earned a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Psychology from DeSales University, where she led a health humanities student organization. During her undergraduate career, she also gained clinical experience as a Patient Care Partner with LVHN, which exposed her to patient advocacy and the consequences of limited access to healthcare. Her academic interests include health equity and ethics within healthcare systems. Originally from the Caribbean Island of Trinidad and Tobago, Jeanique is passionate about bridging cultural gaps in medical care. She plans to use both her bachelor’s degree in biology and her master’s in bioethics to pursue a career in medicine.
