Claire Davis is a Science Writer for the Global Food Ethics and Policy Program. Her work focuses on the relationship between food and diets, human health, and environmental sustainability. She received her Master’s Degree from Georgetown University’s Center for Eurasian, Russian, and East European Studies, where she focused on humanitarian issues and international development. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University, where she studied Russian and creative writing.
