Abigail Brickler is a 2023 graduate of the Berman Institute’s Master of Bioethics program. Prior to matriculating at JHU, she earned her B.S. in Biology with a certificate in Health Studies from Dickinson College.
Her primary role is with the iDeas Lab as a Research and Production Assistant. She also works on a research grant in the sphere of pragmatic clinical trials.
Abigail is particularly interested in utilizing an ethical lens to examine medical gaslighting, how the medical system ignores women’s pain, and how barriers in the built environment impact the lives and medical care of people with disabilities.
