Rueben Warren, DDS, DrPH, is Dean Emeritus of the School of Dentistry, Meharry Medical College and former Director of the National Center for Bioethics and Professor Emeritus of Bioethics at Tuskegee University. He also spent many years working at the Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Disease Control. His expertise includes dental health, access to oral healthcare, public health, faith communities, and environmental justice. He is the author of over one hundred journal articles.
