The Food Systems Dashboard
An innovative platform that launched in 2020 to bring together an extensive set of indicators to characterize global, regional, and national food systems with the overall goal to empower policymakers, United Nations and non-governmental organization development practitioners, civil society, researchers, and other stakeholders to understand food systems, assess their challenges, set priorities, and decide on actions to improve human and planetary health.
People-Centered Food Systems: Fostering Human Rights-Based Approaches
Supporting the right-holders and duty bearers in four low-income countries to better protect the rights of rural and peri-urban food actors living in Cambodia, Ethiopia, Honduras, and Uganda and to help improve their food security and well-being, through a more effective implementation of the rights-related instruments.
The Food Systems Countdown Initiative
Generating data and analysis to support evidence-based policymaking, guide public and private decisions and support those who hold decision-makers to account towards food system transformation, the Initiative reflects a large, interdisciplinary, multi-institution collaboration involving food system experts from over 30 academic institutions, non-governmental organizations, and UN agencies from nearly all continents
