Yaacov Rubin is the Divisional Business Officer (DBO) for the Berman Institute of Bioethics. In this role, he provides advice and counsel to the Institute’s Director in the areas of strategic planning and initiatives, financial management, human resources, capital projects and serves as the liaison with financial/administrative executives and staff across the University. He is also the DBO for University Administration.
Prior to his time at Hopkins, Yaacov worked at Ford Motor Company for 20 years as a Finance Director and Manager. He holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a BS from the University of Michigan.
