Pamala Martin, MBA, is the Director of Finance and Administration for the Berman Institute of Bioethics as well as Associate Faculty and Administrator of the Department of Population, Family and Reproductive Health (PFRH) at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She has over two decades of academic and clinical finance and operations experience. In her current roles, Ms. Martin has responsibility for strategic planning, financial management, facilities management, capital planning and human resources.
Ms. Martin currently teaches a course for JHSPH and has led numerous capacity building workshops with community leaders as well as facilitated sessions with the Bunting Neighborhood Leadership Development Program. Before joining Hopkins, she was a clinical administrator for St. Agnes Healthcare where she had responsibility for both outpatient and inpatient services and related business systems, marketing and financial outcomes.
